Eco Friendly Wood Pellets

Bord na Móna premium wood pellets meet the very stringent requirements of the German standard DINplus. In addition, they are tested by Bord na Móna quality engineers to ensure consistent high quality and heat output.

Our natural wood pellets are made from 100% sawdust with no additives, and give very low levels of ash after burning. They are eco-friendly as they are CO2 neutral.

How to use:

Please be aware that wood pellets can only be used in a purpose-built wood-pellet burner. They are not suitable for any other type of fire.

Hints & tips

It’s important to store your wood pellets in a dry, completely damp-free location.

Ash from the wood pellet fuel can be used as a soil conditioner in your garden as it contains nutrients which may benefit plant growth.
